Following news of a messy divorce and a serious car crash, Morgan Freeman’s personal life continues to get more complicated. Rumors are circulating about the relationship between Freeman, a 72-year-old Oscar winning actor, and his 27-year-old step-granddaughter E’Dena Hines.

Morgan Freeman is currently in the process of divorcing his wife Myrna Colley-Lee. E’Dena Hines, the granddaughter of Freeman’s previous wife Jeanette Adair Bradshaw, was raised by Freeman and Colley-Lee.  

Even more damaging may be allegations that the May-December relationship began nearly ten years ago, when Hines was a teenager—and that Morgan Freeman and E’Dena Hines have plans to wed.

it's hard not to admire Freeman for his work, but this is frankly distasteful -- just like Woody Allen, I'm certain more attractive and more appropriate girls would be throwing themselves at their feet given their status and wealth -- thus the age difference becomes irrelevant. they may not be the same blood, but to bed the child you have helped raise is just plain wrong no matter how you look at it. to wed them is just a public admission of a degenerate private life.
