The Modern Stainless Steel Mailbox from Lushpad is “so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.” And that, in one movie quote, is the gist of this example of modern mailboxes. The sleek design resembles an envelope, and yet is way cooler than an envelope ever was.

Modern mailboxes are certain to get less and less attention as our dependence on snail mail continues to disappear. It’s a shame, because no matter how cool, modern mailboxes are unlikely to have much of a function.

Bonus points to first commenter to name the movie.

We should Train Animals, of course with their consent to carry the mail in the beak, mandibles, pouch, whatever. It would be a 24 hour zoo everywhere and then you could ask a Kodiak Grizzly to join your Rugby club when he got off from work, or you could get advice about anything from an Owl
