Architects Arthur Rottier and Peter Jongman from the Dutch architecture house KAW have come up with a travelling home. The compact box easily opens up to reveal a bathroom complete with toilet and shower on one side, and a kitchen on the other. The kitchen boasts a cabinet with a sink unit and cooking rings. The hinged cover opens to provide extra counter space. The whole set up is mobile and mechanized.
The Woonbox was designed for people to use as a temporary measure to provide them with a semblance of home comforts if proper kitchens and bathrooms are not available.
