Miss Plastic Hungary is a beauty pageant that celebrates plastic surgery by honoring the contestant with the best cosmetic enhancements—those that, according to the organizers, display a “perfect harmony of body and soul”—with cash and prizes.

The gallery and video above show contestants from this year’s Miss Plastic Hungary contest. There were breast implants aplenty, but also rhinoplasties and even surgically-enhanced toes. Check out more unusual beauty pageants below.

Pageant queen Reka Urban, a 22-year-old hostess, won an apartment in Budapest, first runner-up Edina Kulcsar was given a new car and second runner-up Alexandra Horvath took home diamond jewelry worth 2 million forints ($10,800). The winners’ plastic surgeons also received awards. (huffingtonpost)
