This incredible to-scale replica of Minas Tirith from the Lord of the Rings trilogy of books and films is the very definition of epic.
What makes this Minas Tirith replica all the more impressive is that it's not made with concrete or any other actual building materials, but it's actually a sandcastle. The creation by deviantArt user BuckarooJoe (real name Joseph Alvernaz) looks pretty much identical to how the Gondor capital appeared in Peter Jackson's 2003 Return of the King film. Since Minas Tirith is known as 'The White City' in the Lord of the Rings lore, BuckarooJoe applied a chalk wash over the replica to get a whiter effect out of the sandcastle.
All that the Minas Tirith sandcastle is missing is an army of orcs surrounding it with flying black riders attacking it.
