Nobody likes to turn down a friend in need of a ride (ha…sometimes). The Metro Cell Vehicle concept won’t leave you feeling bad. There is literally only room for one person.

The Metro Cell Vehicle is intended for the Metro Los Angeles area as a human delivery system (sounds weird, makes sense). You simply call for a pod and then it’s yours for an extended amount of time in a particular area. Once you’re finished the Metro Cell Vehicle will return to a special hub.

Sounds pretty convenient.

I'm interested to see how this works out in the Los Angeles area. It seems that someone would try to find a way to steal them or could even accidentally wreck one. It sure would be great on our smog in this area. Except, driving a shopping cart doesn't sound fun to me?
