The 'Rx Breakup' app is a mobile application that is designed to help mend a broken heart. When a relationships ends, the first month can be the most difficult period. This app helps users survive a painful breakup by encouraging them to focus on personal goals.

The Rx Breakup app was designed by Jane Reardon, who is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, California. Reardon designed the app to help users get through the first month of a breakup. The app helps users get through this tough period by focusing on mental health, validation and personal empowerment. Each day, the app presents the user with three objectives. These activities involve sorting through their emotions, documenting their feelings and performing a task that will improve their outlook. The activities are designed to help users process their pain and eventually move on.

The app ultimately give users a way to mend a broken heart while also encouraging self-improvement and growth.
