The Liquid Lamp by Kyouei Design

Japanese studio Kyouei Design specializes in creating out-of-the-box lighting fixtures that capture the essence of light and creative design. One of their latest concepts, the “Liquid Lamp,” is a light fixture that appears to be made of flowing liquid.

Once I saw this product, I remembered one of my favorite paintings by Salvador Dali, The Persistence of Memory.

The Liquid Lamp might be too simple for some, yet only few will appreciate its true beauty.
