If you think that Max de Esteban's 'Proposition One' is just another uninspired x-ray photoshoot, then think again. This series was only designed to look like it was shot under an x-ray. Esteban created these amazing photographs by taking apart each object and then photographing each individual part. He then overlapped the photos on top of one another to give the illusion of an x-ray.
The result is an amazing series of photographs that truly have to be seen to be believed. Each object looks as if it was actually x-rayed, with each individual part to scale and placed where you would expect to see it. 'Proposition One' is currently on display at the Klompching Gallery in New York City. If you can't make it out to the Big Apple anytime soon, then you can see a small sample of Max de Esteban's amazing work here.
