Chicago-based pizza brand Slice Factory is injecting a little star power into its new Mauro Combo offering thanks to Jeff Mauro.
For those unfamiliar Jeff Mauro won season seven of the cooking competition show 'Food Network Star,' and hosts the Emmy-nominated series 'Sandwich King.' Now, Mauro is lending his talents to Slice Factory to help create the brand-new Mauro Combo pizza. This savory creation features two types of meat: Italian beef from Mauro's line of goods, called Mauro Provisions, and a classic Italian sausage. To pair with the meats, the pizza is finished with brush of giardiniera oil and finished with a sprinkle of mozzarella.
The new Mauro Combo pizza is available from all 13 Slice Factory locations throughout the month of June.
