The Marionette Side Table by Simon Busse is Minimalist and Modern

Inspired by puppets, the Marionette Side Table is a simple piece of furniture with a playful tweak. It boasts an elastic band that pokes through the middle of the table top, which allows the owner to tote it around the living space easily. This band is also what keeps it together. Without it, the entire Marionette Side Table will fall apart.

The Marionette Side Table was created by Simon Busse, an industrial designer based in Stuttgart, Germany. A minimalist design, it would complement just about any existing decor, traditional or modern. It is predominately made out of wood. The side table was recently put on display at the 2012 DMY Berlin festival and even walked away with an interior innovation award. Stats for Simple Puppeteer Furniture Trending: Older & Mild
