Madonna is always trendy and now she has teamed up with H&M, the international retail giant, to design clothing and accessories.  Madonna’s clothing line is scheduled to arrive in all stores in March 2007.

“Madonna has an impressive feel for fashion and trends. She was extraordinarily style conscious, passionate and was involved in even the smallest details of every design. There is no doubt that Madonna’s influence is reflected by the ‘M by Madonna’ line’”, stated Margareta van den Bosch regarding the collaboration.

 The unique yet classic 'M by Madonna' line includes glamorous tops, street-cool lumber jackets, tailored blazers and other apparel including shirt dresses and kimono-shaped dresses. A Madonna favourite is a stylish trench-coat in cotton poplin or leather. 'M by Madonna' is primarily in neutral palettes including white, black, khaki and grey. Fabrics vary from silk, wool, viscose jersey and body-sculpting lycra. The entire line is embellished with a small 'M' logo on linings, zippers and buttons. In addition the 'M by Madonna' look includes a complete line of accessories from sunglasses, party bags and clutches and even skinny leather belts. (hm)
