Inspired by Wonderwerk co-founder Issamu Kamide's Japanese-American heritage, LUV YUZU LITE combines a classic California Riesling profile with the herbaceous, floral citrus flavor of yuzu, resulting in a bright and refreshing wine with no residual sugar. The use of macerated yuzu peel, rather than yuzu juice, in the wine base overcomes the challenges of citrus-based winemaking, ensuring a pleasant fermentation process.
