French artist Alexandra Compain-Tissier makes amazing illustrations. She likes to work with black and white pencils and watercolors on paper. Her brilliantly naturalistic illustrations have been featured in publications like Elle and The New York Times Magazine, and she has painted covers of George Hamilton for CQ and Nick Cave for Toro.

I really like these beautiful and sporty action illustrations. The colors are so bright and vibrant. Compain-Tissier works for fashion, advertising and design companies. It must be great to make art, which is so versatile it can transgress various industries. I predict a brilliant career for this accomplished illustrator.
