Lockly's 'Visage' from CES 2024 Uses Face ID to Unlock your Home

The Lockly Visage is an innovative device that employs a pair of 2MP-resolution infrared sensors to accurately detect a user’s face within a range of 2.6 feet, unlocking the door in less than 1.5 seconds. The Visage can store up to 100 different facial profiles, catering to a wide range of users and scenarios. Additionally, it is equipped with a 3D biometric fingerprint reader and supports Apple’s Home Key, iPhone, and Watch, making it the first product in Lockly’s Zeno series that focuses on Apple device integration. The smart lock is also compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, and incorporates existing Lockly technologies such as Air Transfer and the PIN Genie.
The Lockly Visage is set to launch in the summer of 2024 with a retail price of $349.00. Accompanying the Visage, Lockly plans to release the Matter Link Hub, priced at $79.99, which will enable the smart lock and most other Lockly devices to become fully compatible with the Matter smart home ecosystem, pending certification within the year. The Visage will be available in various finishes, including Satin Nickel and Matte Black, offering aesthetic choices to match different home decors.
