The Choc Lobster beer is a chocolate-flavored seafood-infused beer that is surprisingly delicious. While you might think the pairing of chocolate and lobster is a unique one to say the least, this dark beer is incredibly flavorful with deliciously sweet undertones.

Dogfish Head uses Maine-raised lobsters and cocoa power as the main ingredients in its Choc Lobster beer. According to blog Grub Street the Choc Lobster beer is a lot like "... a dry stout, very dark in the glass, and lighter in body than something like Guinness." The heavier texture of this beer is complemented by the chocolate powder flavoring that adds an aromatic profile to this dark beer. Sadly the Choc Lobster beer is only available in draft at the Dogfish Head pub in Delaware so if you're in the area definitely stop by for a glass.
