The Lighting Table Series by Bae Seh Wa is Beautifully Bright

I enjoy simplicity as much as I enjoy the whimsical side of life, and Bae Seh Wa combines both of these features in his Lighting Table series. Without sacrificing a simple, even minimalistic design, he has created an undercover persona that is cleverly revealed at the flick of a switch.

The Korea-based designer used acrylic and wood to create the Lighting Table series. There is no hint at the designs that lay beneath their surfaces; they seem to magically appear when illuminated. Check out the transformations via the featured gallery.
