Just in time for dry January, the cult-favorite pizza concept Mellow Mushroom will be rolling out its new Lavender Groove Mocktail.
Back in November 2023, Mellow Mushroom underwent a brand refresh and made purple one of its anchor colors. In celebration of that refresh and in line with the growing demand for non-alcoholic drink options, Mellow Mushroom will be selling the new purple-hued Lavender Groove Mocktail. The zero-proof drink will be mixed with tart Monin Blueberry Purée and semi-sweet Monin Lavender Syrup, all garnished with a dried lavender sprig. For those who do wish to indulge, they can choose to add the liquor of their choice, including the staff-recommended Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka.
The new mocktail is available as of January 2, 2024.
