Gaudy Luxury Instruments - The Kuhn-Bosendorfer Piano

[Edit]

Proving once again that money can buy you ugly things that make beautiful music, the Kuhn Studio has collaborated with Bosendorfer to make a truly unique piano. Kuhn uses cold glass that is cut, and Bosendorfer is a piano maker that wanted some glitz. They worked together to make a $1.2 million piano that will be customized with the owner’s name in gold. 100,000 polished hand-cut pieces of glass will make this piano cutting-edge for any concert hall. Didn’t they get the word that Liberace is dead? Via: kuhnstudio |
