The Kristi McMurry Tiny Toy Photos are Satirical

These satirical photographs by Kristi McMurry are not only delicious, but incredibly original. Her artwork is surreal in the sense that she takes miniature figurines and puts them up against larger objects to tell a story. She specifically likes to use food as her main backdrop.

The photograph with the doughnut would have to be my favorite. It gave me a huge chuckle, as instead of using sprinkles, the doughnut was topped with miniature police men. This idea comes from the stereotype that police officers like to hang around coffee shops all day. The photograph with the ice cream mountains featuring cows resting a top them is quite fitting, considering that cows produce the milk used to create the sweet confection.

These photographs by Kristi McMurry can be purchased and are also available in the form of jewelry, which would make for an amazingly adorable gift idea. Stats for Deliciously Disguised Figurines Trending: Older & Average
