Only 2,000 yen (about $16), you can get a powerful lens which is capable of 500x and 1,000x magnification. Not only you can see your sperms, but actually you can count them. I think this Japanese product is quite funny and weird at the same time. I’m not sure who want to see their sperms. Probably, it can spice up your party. The product is available online.
