Who would ever had thought the words ‘cute’ or ‘romantic’ could ever be used to describe body modification? Thanks to Johnny Needles, that is most certainly a possibility with his series of large hearts formed from body piercings outfitted with red sparkling implants.

They look beautiful, but to be honest the thought of not ever being fully comfortable while laying on my back is far too much to bear.
