I'm a sucker for neon, so it's no wonder that Joe Murtagh's 'NeonGirls' photo set caught my eye. This digitally-enhanced series features women rocking one-shouldered vinyl (or is it pleather?) dresses.

Joe Murtagh's eye-popping enhancements emphasize the models' curves in a way that is unusually beautiful, especially since it's neon. Check out some other incredible photo sets below.

Implications - Photography like this doesn't shy away or go quietly into the night, and the result is that this work attracts attention. Consumers definitely respond to advertising that embraces new visual effects in order to communicate ideas. By being decidedly different, innovations like this inherently prove to be more effective than more mundane counterparts.
