Microsoft tends to overthink things and thats a good thing when it comes to developing computers and software and stuff like that. Unfortunately, they seem to have really dropped the ball in their complete overhaul of the Job Interview process. Some wacko decided it would be a good idea to screen candidates with.... RIDDLES. How they think being good at brain teasers will help a Programmer with his coding is beyond me.
