It’s usually tough for me to pick out distinguishing themes within a fashion collection, but Jeremy Scott’s Fall 2009 RTW line screams out one name alone: Mickey Mouse. Models strutted the runway in familiar red suspender shorts, polka dots and plenty of bright, eye-catching colors paired with black.
