'OWC,' the zero-emissions Mac and PC technology company, has unveiled the 'Jellyfish Mobile,' a portable high-performance server for growing video editing teams. Whether a small team working out of a house or a modest-sized business with demanding video editing needs, the Jellyfish Mobile is reliable, high-speed data management solution.
With 14 10G or 1G connection ports and the ability to connect to an expansion switch, the Jellyfish Mobile delivers reliable writing speeds of up to 2,300 MB/s to a sizable group of users. Without any storage expansions, the Jellyfish Mobile boasts 32TB of storage with 23TB of working space, while the other 9TB are reserved for RAID data protection. With either one or two expansions, the device can be upgraded to a maximum of 96TB with 70TB of working space.
