The 'Skirt-Shoes' are an unconventional pair of kitten heels engineered by Nendo as a project to garner support for young Japanese designers aiming to breakout in the industry. The designs opt for a combination of a skirt and a shoe, with a piece of fabric that drapes over the heel of the footwear. The unique look of the shoes draw attention to the alternative styles that are continuously sourcing other fashions for inspiration.

The 'Skirt-Shoes' are a hybrid design that leverages the simplicity of a kitten heel with a skirt. The designs opt for either a heel or sandal shoe structure that is then complete with an extended piece of material in either perforated PVC plastic or perforated leather that adorns the back of the shoe.
