These Irish Car Bomb cupcakes are perfect for barflies with a baking habit!
From Smitten Kitchen, this drunken delicacy will have all of your party guests wobbling back for more, although it may not be for the sugar. In addition to those usual baking staples like cocoa powder, butter, flour and sugar, these cupcakes call for an entire cup of beer, preferably Guiness, and at least 5-6 tablespoons of Irish Whiskey (preferably Jameson) between the cupcake, the filling and the frosting!
As tempting as it may be to eat the whole batch, be mindful when eating these delicious desserts!
