As convenient and fun as social media apps like Instagram can be, Instaprint by Breakfast proves that people still appreciate physical tokens just as much as they do virtual ones. This location-based photo booth allows Instagram users to print out their filtered smartphone images.

Great for parties and events, Instaprint by Breakfast provides Polaroid-like, ink-less paper prints to those who tag their Instagram photos correctly. Powered by Linux computers, these small booths connect to smartphones via WiFi. Multiple Instaprints can be daisy-chained together for bigger events.

Prototypes of Instaprint by Breakfast have been circulating around the celebrity sphere at events like The Grammys and Lady Gaga concerts. The Brooklyn-based design studio hopes to introduce them on a consumer level by raising $500,000 on Kickstarter. Stats for Social Media Photo Booths Trending: Older & Average
