Insound "Give More. Get More." Program

Insound is showing their love for music with a new “Give More. Get More.” program to help change the way people think about and purchase music. 

The “Give More” aspect is called “Show Support.” Insound now donates 25 cents for every MP3 album sold to a young, touring band (hence “Show Support”) of the purchaser’s choosing.  Customers can also tip additional amounts that will be paid in full to the earmarked bands. (The first round of bands benefiting from the “Show Support” program are The Big Sleep, Epsilons, Headlights, Russian Circles, Twilight Sad and Videohippos.)

The “Get More” aspect is Insound’s way of rewarding customers with free music to help spur new music discovery. For every MP3 album bought on Insound, shoppers receive a free specialty mix album curated by the staff. Insound will be culling the web to hand select the most exciting, most talked-about, new and unsigned bands for these mixes. The first Insound mix features new music from Ladyhawk, The Henry Clay People, The Black Ghosts and many more artists.
