Chocolate Pearls [Edit]

Whether a strand of pearls around her neck or a handful of South Sea chocolate pearls to eat, you can’t go wrong with these incredible finds.  L’artisan du Chocolate out of London makes these fabulous pearls.  The little round jewels are made out of dark chocolate truffle, covered in a thin layer of white chocolate and then coated in an edible pearlescent lustre.  Smoky and earthy notes make these pearls a must have for that special ocassion - but be sure to splurge and buy a few pearls for yourself.  Michel Cluizel sells the gorgeous taupe and gold pearls out of their chocolate bar at ABC Furniture in Manhattan.  You can buy them in a glass vial with a cork lid or by the pound - you can never have too many chocolate pearls around!
