This incredible artwork is by Hunter Stabler and appeared at the 'Papershapers' exhibit curated by Giant Robot. These paper cut pieces are so intricate, their lines and patterns almost look like lace. It's amazing that such immaculate beauty can be created by hand.

Click through the gallery to see the intense detail of Hunter Stabler's paper cut art. I'm particularly fond of the squid that's in images 5 and 6.

Implications - In today's society, there are significant levels of fascination amongst consumers with products that serve different functions than their appearances indicate. Businesses that can create products with unexpected or unconventional final appearances will satisfy consumer demands for fresh and never-before-seen concepts. A business that can successfully transform something into an unsuspected finished product will see large returns in today's society.
