Pennsylvania architect Joe Biondo is the brain behind House Equanimity, located in the city of Northampton. The design is serene and calm, hence the name Equanimity.

Rows of different shades of blue follow a linear structure that blend modernism and nature effortlessly. House Equanimity gives off a cool ambiance which could be countered with warm interior tones. The home received the Top Architectural Prize from AIA Pennsylvania.

Implications - This very interesting house is located a neighborhood that you wouldn't expect to see such a grand home. The home is quite spectacular and even features a gorgeous covered porch that looks as if the builders had forgotten to put up the walls.
