Silicon Valley-based innovative robotics company Bear Robotics has announced a new hospitality service robot called the Servi Plus. This new model of the hospitality service robot is an upgrade to its predecessor, the Servi robot. Bear Robotics co-founder and chief operating officer Juan Higueros spoke about the new model addition, saying: "This addition to our product line is something our entire company is very proud to launch."
The design of the robot remains similar to its predecessor. As for the new upgrades added to the Servi Plus, it now has an expanded 88 lb payload and a 16 plus dish capacity for heavy hospitality workflow. Additionally, the Servi Plus can now carry up to four oversized serving trays with custom tray controls added. There are also upgraded visual and user experience enhancements, including an entire perimeter of responsive LED lighting with a dot display matrix for custom messaging. These new upgrades to the Servi Plus increase assistance and improve workflow that can be conveniently manageable and time-saving for the hospitality sector in restaurants, hotels, community centers, and others.
