Honeywell and Marriott International are joining forces to enhance guest experiences across the hotel's locations. Focusing on improving in-room control capabilities, Marriott will rely on the Honeywell Inncom product suite to help automate guestroom controls like temperature and lighting, along with making overall hotel operations more efficient. The product suite is also being used to manage energy as part of Marriott's sustainability efforts.
Honeywell is specifically teaming up with Marriott Design Lab -- created to save energy. reduce costs, boost customer loyalty and increase efficiency across the brand -- to "explore how a guest’s interactions with technology can affect mood and energy, anticipate a guest’s desires to offer them a proactive solution and create a guestroom experience that is more accessible and inclusive."
