French designer Etienne Meneau has made some pretty strange wine carafes before, but this design appeals to the belief that red wine is good for the heart. Meneau’s heart-shaped decanter is vaguely reminiscent of the heart’s ventricles and atria with perhaps the aorta for the main spout. The Petit Coeur or Little Heart is a limited edition run of just 12 carafes. As such, expect to pay a heart attack-inducing price of €1,500 or $2,000.
