I've been waiting for food companies to make the leap to healthy trends for a couple years now.

Canadian independent Ice Cream maker Chapmans has started making frozen yogurt with probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre. Not only have they made frozen yogurt, but they've skipped the boring fruit yogurts and gone straight for decadent desserts such as Dark Chocolate Rapture, Honey Almond Crunch and Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.

In the retail environment, Yogen Fruz has ALSO started selling probiotic frozen yogurt.

Now if only Starbucks would make a low-carb Frappuccino with added whey protein:
