Hands-Free Law Virals - Messing with Driving Instructors 2 (VIDEO)

The new hands-free laws in California and Washington has been a hot topic for a while, but now that it’s official drivers can’t use their cell phones, there is even more related innovations, including this viral video.
This is the follow-up viral to the comedic promotional video by Parrot, a hands-free mobile device company. It’s the second part of the “Kid fails driving test five times in a day” that we featured a while back. Once again, John, a reckless teenage driver, has managed to catch secret footage from a hidden camera of him driving his road test instructors crazy.
