Maybe it’s a publicity stunt, or maybe it would be awesome to rent the same house that Jack Nicholson did.

Jack Nicholson rented this Southampton chateau while film different scenes for the movie “Something’s Gotta Give”.

The 5,800 square foot dream home is available from Memorial Day through to Labour Day for a cost of $400,000 (USD).

The five bedroom Hampton beach house rocks a beautiful ocean view from the dining room, a master suite with a sauna, and a private walkway from the house to the beach.

If it was good enough for Jack, how can anyone say no?
