For summer 2022, Bellagreen has debuted a new seasonal menu that celebrates summer fruit, produce, and flavors. But unlike the seasonal menus at some other chain Bellagreen's summer menu is entirely gluten-free and can also be mortified to meet other dietary restrictions. Some of the featured entrees on the new menu include the Texas Grilled Peach Salad, the Pineapple Salsa Paleo Salmon Tacos, and the Hawaiian-Seared Salmon. For dessert, you can opt for the Gluten-Free Strawberry Shortcake Cookies, which consists of two housemade strawberry shortcake cookies that are topped with layers of whipped cream, fresh strawberries, powdered sugar, and a sprig of mint.
