After a one month hiatus, Vogue Paris is coming back with a vengeance for its August 2008 issue. Model Daria Werbowy is featured on the cover as well as in a beautiful, retro black and white spread. It’s very amusing to me that the summer time issue features Daria wearing a fur coat. Ah, well. It’s the French! In fact, all nine images of Daria show her wearing some kind of fur accessory. I guess French Vogue is sending an ‘f you’ message to PETA. The retro photographs were shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. Black and White photoshoots are all the rage in August, see V Magazine’s own B&W Naomi spread:
