7,500 Litres of Free Flowing Champagne - World's Largest Champagne Fountain (GALLERY)

I struggle with the most basic construction, so I find the World’s largest champagne fountain staggering. It’s a bit like dominos, but with 43,000 glasses and 7,500 litres of champagne involved. Talk about having to have nerves of steel and enough champagne to drown in.

This was an attempt to break the world record for the ‘Largest Champagne Fountain’ in the Wijnegem shopping center near Antwerp, Belgium. More stats are that it was 22.9 feet (7 meters) high and weighed 19,590 lbs (8,750 kg).

It beat the previous world record which contained only 30,856 glasses.
