Stylish Washing Machine - Flexible Distance by Ye Xiao Dong

No one ever thinks of a washing machine as anything of aesthetic value, but the Flexible Distance is a new, award winning washing machine which oozes style. The machine is a top loader which features one-touch controls around the top ring of the machine and an LCD screen on top to monitor the progress of the wash load.
Ye Xiao Dong’s design won the Lavatrice Cinese Made In Milan competition which regarded products solely for their style.
The idea is this machine is so beautiful, it can be placed anywhere in the home; even as a center piece. But how can a washing machine be this mobile? By caster wheels of course. However beauty is only skin deep. The real innovation here is the interface.
