This flame-shaped knife and fork set would turn heads at a hot-rod rally or NASCAR tailgate party. Whether something was lost in Aleksei Mikhailov’s translation from Russian to English or not, the name of the cutlery collection is listed as Hot-Road’s Fan.

The knife and fork were Mikhailov’s entry for Designboom’s ‘Beyond Silver’ contest which was, “looking for functional and prestigious silverware with a new twist. innovative, must-have, high-value home accessories, tableware, utensils - made of silver.”
