Walking around in Milan, Italy is always interesting during fashion week when you can see the latest collections in stores or on models bodies. But now it's not just during fashion week that you can experience the city's devotion to fashion.

Designer manhole covers on the streets have been engraved with symbols of fashion brands; the first photo shows a Fendi manhole cover. The gallery also shows various other artistic manholes in Milan.

Implications - Branding was once considered a nuisance in the eyes of consumers who have quickly tired from mundane brand representations. With such, companies should continuously look for new ways to display their logos in a creative way that appeals visually to consumers.
