One of the strangest ideas to come out of high fashion design label Fendi is the Fendi do-it-yourself purse. The DIY Baguette Mezzo Punto comes as a plain bag with diagrams, illustrations and instructions on how to embroider the logo onto your purse.

After success with last year’s $1,300 Fendi Artist Baguette Bag, the second Fendi do-it-yourself purse will be presented in December, with a limited release. It’s the ultimate Christmas present for those crafty people on your list.

It should be interesting to see the price point of the Baguette Mezzo Punto Fendi do-it-yourself purse because, really, you are the one stuck doing all of the work.
