In the category of extreme sports, there’s no reason that paralized people should be left out.  In this video, you can see some guys performing some truly awesome stunts in their wheelchairs.  They rock!

There’s also a website, dedicated the cause.  The site notes, “Extreme Wheelchair Sports are sports not for the faint of heart, in fact, with all that adrenalin pumping around in your system as you hurtle down the side of a mountain, or jump our of a plane, you better make sure you’re pretty fit befor you even think about any of these sports.”
