People will have a lot of fun mixing and matching these Exquisite Cups. Inspired by the surrealist word/image game known as Exquisite Corpse, which was invented by André Breton, the Exquisite Cups collection is comprised of sets of three, with an image spanning over all the cups. Three sets have been designed so far with nine characters in total. Each set of cups can be twisted to create hybrid creatures such as man-skeletons, bat-squirrels, fish-owls and more.
Designed by Chloe Lee Carson for her newly founded brand Shlos, the Exquisite Cups collection loosely follows three themes: folk, wild and city. Hitting the market just in time for the holiday season, the Exquisite Cups are available through Southbank Centre.
