The University of Warwick's Esports Centre will play host to 'ESI Next Gen,' a 1.5-day conference featuring networking and insights, thanks to a partnership between Esports Insider and the university. This event will offer information on the esports, video games, and educational sectors and potential networking opportunities for those interested in the games industry.
The three main events of ESI Next Gen will include presentations on the main stage as well as several seminars for faculty members and students in higher education. These topics will include leadership in esports and video game education, addressing issues with curriculum development, graduate destinations, policy, and industry expansion.
“We are really excited to be working with the University of Warwick, for Esports Insider’s first foray into an education-oriented event. At ESI Next Gen we’ll be able to exhibit, discuss, and workshop how the industry can work with educators to support the next generation of talent,” said Sam Cooke, Managing Director and Founder of ESI.
