In comparison to each other, President Obama is using the first name of his constituent 98% more than opponent Romney is when emailing people. The infographic points out that connecting on a more personal level is definitely something that this accomplishes. Romney also mentions Obama 47% of the time, whereas Obama mentions Romney 25% of the time.
However, Romney’s administration responded to voters after approximately an hour, while Obama’s took 8 hours. Obama uses ‘Influential Democrats’ to sign off on emails—past examples include Sarah Jessica Parker, whereas Romney has yet to use another Republican as an email endorser.
